6-8 hours typically, with base notes lingering longer. Varies by fragrance and skin type.

Yes. Ethical sourcing and eco-friendly packaging throughout. We partner only with sustainable producers.

How do I order?
Browse, add to cart, checkout. You'll need to create an account.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, UPI, net banking and digital wallets via secure Razorpay.
Can I cancel my order?

Is payment secure?
Completely. Razorpay uses PCI DSS encryption. We never store your payment details.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
Across India – metro cities, Tier-1 cities and select Tier-2 locations.
Delivery time?
Metro: 3-5 days | Tier-1: 5-7 days | Other: 7-10 days.
International shipping?
Not yet. India only for now.
Shipping charges?
Free above ₹999. Below that: Metro ₹50, Tier-1 ₹75, Other ₹100.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking number via email and SMS once shipped.
Retuns & Refunds
What if my order arrives damaged?
Don't accept delivery if possible. Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll replace it or refund fully.
What's your return policy?
7 days for unopened products. Perfumes, cosmetics and foods must be sealed for hygiene reasons.
Can I return opened products?
Not for hygiene reasons. Exception: damaged or defective products can be returned even if opened.
How do I return something?
Click on Profile > Orders > Return Products > Fill the form, attach the image of the product and click submit
Who pays return shipping?
You pay for change-of-mind returns. We pay for damaged, defective or wrong products.
How long for refunds?
3-5 days to inspect, 5-7 days to process, then 5-10 days for your bank to credit you.
