Estimated delivery times from order confirmation:

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your shipment using this tracking number through our courier partner Shipdaak's website.

You can also log into your Fulminoso Essentials account to view your order status and tracking information.

All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging reflects our brand's commitment to elegance and sustainability, using premium materials with minimal environmental impact.

If your package arrives damaged, please:

• Do not accept visibly damaged packages
• Photograph the damaged package
• Contact us immediately

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with our courier partner and take appropriate action, including reshipping or issuing a refund if necessary.
