Return Window
You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The 7-day period begins from the date of delivery as confirmed by our courier partner. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Cannot be returned once the seal is broken. Only accepted if completely unopened in original sealed packaging.

Cannot be returned once packaging is opened due to food safety regulations. Only accepted if completely unopened.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:
We will arrange a replacement (including shipping charges) for genuinely damaged or defective products, even if the seal is broken.

How to Initiate a Return

- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the product to the return address provided by our team
Important: Do not ship products back without prior authorisation. Unauthorised returns will not be processed.

Return Shipping
Customer responsibility
For change-of-mind returns, customers bear the return shipping cost. We recommend a trackable method — we are not responsible for products lost in transit.
Company responsibility
For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If free shipping was applied and a partial return brings your order below the free shipping threshold, standard shipping charges may be deducted.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Order Cancellation & Unavailable Items
Unavailable or Out-of-Stock Items: If an item you have ordered and paid for is found to be unavailable or out of stock after payment confirmation, we will notify you promptly via email or phone. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. No action is required from your end.
